Aodh developed a passion for furniture design while studying industrial design at Philadelphia University, where he gained recognition with the creation of the Armadillo Chair, which won the Wilsonart Design Challenge and exhibited at the 2009 ICFF. His professional career began in 2010 as a product developer at San Francisco-based Council Design. He joined Stylex in 2011 as a junior designer and was promoted to the role of Director of Design, which he held until 2020. Currently, Aodh is a practicing design, product development, and manufacturing consultant.
